We want you to love your Edie Parker pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund to the original payment method.
